The Maintenance Leader for the Blending, Forming, and Press (Area 3) will lead and coordinate all maintenance activities within this critical segment of the OSB manufacturing process. This role is responsible for maximizing equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and ensuring safe and efficient operation of blending, forming, and press equipment. The Maintenance Leader will collaborate closely with production, engineering, and safety teams to implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
