Overview
 : The Maintenance Leader will be responsible to oversee and ensure the effective and efficient maintenance of plant equipment and facilities. This role is responsible for leading the maintenance team, planning and coordinating maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and availability, minimizing downtime, and ensuring safety and compliance with standards. The Maintenance Leader acts as a key link between maintenance, reliability, operations, and other departments to support continuous production and operational excellence.
 Responsibilities: 
Planning and Scheduling: Developing and overseeing maintenance schedules to ensure timely and efficient maintenance activities.
Team Leadership: Managing and supervising maintenance staff, including engineers, technicians, and contractors.
