Maintenance Manager | $100-125k

We are currently looking to hire a Maintenance Manager for a very reputable company located in Richmond, BC.
About the Role: Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations within the facility. This role manages a team of six (6) maintenance employees, including Millwrights and Electricians. At this location, there is a total of 130 people. The successful candidate will lead the development and execution of preventive and predictive maintenance programs, manage capital projects, and ensure the reliability and safety of all plant equipment and systems.
This is a day shift position; however, the Maintenance Manager must be available for on-call support and occasional weekend coverage on a rotating basis. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical knowledge, and a hands-on approach to continuous improvement and maintenance excellence. What We Offer:
