Maintenance Manager

Job Description:

As the Maintenance Manager (Permanent - Full-Time) you’ll be part of an experienced, engaged and dedicated team helping to create a welcoming, professional and supportive care experience for the residents of St Vincent’s Care Services Kangaroo Point.

Things that work for us:

• Trade qualification is highly desirable but is not essential.
• Proven knowledge of managing Preventive Maintenance Program and record keeping
• Coordinating of external service providers and prioritising corrective maintenance tasks.
• Ability to perform maintenance works, involve but not limited to repairs to plaster walls, filling, sanding, painting minor plumbing repairs, Lamp replacement, minor carpentry works, minor repairs on a...
