  Overview 
 Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a qualified and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the upkeep and maintenance of our meat deli in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management, preferably within the food industry, and a passion for ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
  Responsibilities: 
 Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance plan for the meat deli, including preventive maintenance schedules and emergency response procedures
 Oversee all maintenance activities, including equipment repairs, building maintenance, and grounds keeping
 Manage a team of maintenance technicians, assigning tasks and ensuring all work is completed on time and to a high standard
 Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues and address them before they become a problem
