Maintenance Manager Contract

• £15.08 per hour
• Contracted to 40 hours per week
• Paid DBS, pension, uniform provided
• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)

Role Overview As Maintenance Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the upkeep, safety and presentation of the home, ensuring all building systems, equipment and environments are maintained to a high standard. This is a key leadership role where your organisation, technical knowledge and proactive approach will directly impact safety, compliance and daily experience.
