Position Responsibilities:
+ The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the maintenance team inclusive of hiring, supervising, professional development and offering continuous educational opportunities on technical advancements
+ This employee will be responsible for department budgeting, including all maintenance and repair cost centers, building, parts, outside services and departmental labor
+ The Maintenance Manager ensures all equipment, building and grounds are maintained and operational as well as supports mechanics with machine troubleshooting
