Maintenance Manager

We are looking for a highly experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance, reliability, and engineering at one of our sawmills located in a rural, close-knit community. The position is based in the Highveld of Mpumalanga (Warburton - Ermelo/Carolina/Chrissiesmeer area) .
This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys being close to operations, values stability and space over city congestion, and takes pride in building strong, capable teams in a practical, production-driven environment. You will play a critical role in ensuring safe, reliable mill performance while driving continuous improvement and long-term asset sustainability.
