Our client in the FMCG Industry is looking to hire a Maintenance Manager for their Egg Farm in Bela Bela.

Duties and Responsibilities Physical maintenance work to be conducted Day to day maintenance in and around the site Planned maintenance Unplanned maintenance and breakdowns Management of workshop and spare parts Comply with biosecurity and OHS regulations Maintenance logs and general admin Requirements Excellent technical and mechanical skills Must be able to do arc welding and steel work Belt installation and alignment Knowledge of tractors, generators, and petrol motors Plumbing knowledge, copper, and HDPE Competent in basic electrical work and fault finding Good planning and communication skills Ability to manage workshop and spare parts Honest and trustworthy Good human relations Candidate must have a pro‑active and attention to detail approach to his work Must be willing to work every second weekend and work extended hours from time to time Qualities of the Ideal Cand...
