What You'll Do

Under the direction of the Community Manager, the Maintenance Manager is responsible for the overall upkeep and maintenance of the building, including interior and exterior areas, grounds, mechanical, and electrical systems, and overall site aesthetics.

• Ensure all preventative maintenance tasks are completed in accordance with established schedules and manufacturer specifications.
• Review, prioritize, and address maintenance and resident service requests daily in coordination with the Community Manager.
