Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance Manager will provide leadership and direction to the plant Maintenance and Project Management departments. Primary responsibilities will be leadership of the Maintenance team in planning and performing repair, maintenance, and installation of equipment within the facility and on-site CapEx Project Management.

Asset and Facility Maintenance - Responsible for eliminating causes of failure and ensuring full equipment life in coordination with daily maintenance completed by operating personnel. Accountable for managing the Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) budget. As an integral part of the plant leadership team, the Maintenance Manager is the Progressive Maintenance (PM) system owner which includes Maintenance Planning and Scheduling (MP&S), Preventive, Predictive, and Precision Maintenance Programs, Defect Handling (DH) and Break Down Analysis (BDA) and is accountable for the effectiveness of these systems.
