Maintenance Manager

JOB SUMMARY

We have a Full-time, Maintenance Manager position located at our Dundas facility. Reporting to the Plant Manager and directing the maintenance team, the Maintenance Manager is responsible for the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all plant equipment and infrastructure at the Ontario rendering facility. This role leads the Maintenance department, oversees preventive and predictive maintenance programs, ensures adherence to Ontario's regulatory, environmental and quality compliance requirements, and supports plant production through effective leadership, technical expertise, and cross‑functional collaboration. This position is an active member of the Plant Operations Committee and contributes plant strategy, capital planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
