Maintenance Manager

Overview


Kemin is hiringa Maintenance Manager to lead plant maintenance operationsand deliver maximum equipment uptime through strong preventive maintenance, fast breakdown troubleshooting, and disciplined execution in CMMS.



In this role, you will manage daily maintenance coordination with production, lead a shift-based team, and drive reliability improvements, cost control, and maintenance projects across the site.



This position is ideal for a hands-on maintenance leader with strong technical troubleshooting, project management, and people leadership skills who can build a high-performing team and ensure full compliance with Safety, GMP, SOPs and Code Standards
