Key Responsibilities:

· Schedule and manage projects effectively.

· Plan, manage, and control maintenance budgets.

· Develop and implement a proactive preventative maintenance strategy.

· Conduct regular maintenance inspections

· Ensure functioning of all electrical units and mechanical systems in the facility.

· Maintain detailed records of daily maintenance

· Place orders for spare parts and equipment

· Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities.

· Manage and plan a digital maintenance system (CMMS).
