Who you'll be working for

We are an innovative company specializing in developing and manufacturing high-end cordless power tools and home appliances. We are in a rapid growth phase and are looking for talented individuals to join our team and grow with us!

What requirements you'll need to be eligible

Minimum 8 years of total experience in Electrical, Mechanical Maintenance, and Process Integrated Engineering, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within an assembly manufacturing company (Machinery/Home Appliances / Electronics).

Experience working in a Chinese company, new assembly line, or new plant setup is a strong advantage.

Strong expertise in Predictive Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Corrective Maintenance.

Proven ability to reduce machine downtime and MTTR, and increase MTBF.
