Maintenance Manager

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Responsible to provide operational service to the plant. The role ensures effective and safe movement of men, product, and material in the plant. To oversee maintenance operations and ensuring that all the needed schedules are in place, equipment are functioning optimally. Manage and optimize the utilities operation to deliver superior service to the production depts. Implement the programs and systems to achieve and sustain high standards of plant & equipment capability, availability, and reliability.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key Tasks & Responsibilities include but are not restricted to:

• Ensure that plant and equipment is maintained to world-class standards through detailed maintenance schedules, predictive maintenance techniques, effective root cause analysis and thorough lubrication schedules
