Salary Range: $116,000.00 To $130,000.00 Annually


Job Purpose

Provide leadership and direction to the Maintenance department for the repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment in manufacturing operations. Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of all areas of the facility.


Essential Functions

+ Execute the plant’s maintenance vision and mission to achieve zero breakdowns through “base condition maintenance

+ Ensure all manufacturing/facility systems are properly resourced and all resources are efficiently utilized

+ Provide leadership in implementing/maintaining preventive and predictive maintenance programs

+ Ensure appropriate inventory levels for standard replacement parts are maintained
