About the role

Citadines Waterfront Kota Kinabalu is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team. As Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations for our hotel, ensuring that our facilities are well-maintained and operating efficiently. This is a full-time position based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans to keep the hotel's facilities, equipment, and systems in top working condition
• Manage a team of maintenance technicians and oversee their work to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard
• Monitor and analyse maintenance data to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-effective solutions
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory requirements
