  Description 
 We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Manager for a new hotel opening in Dublin city in the coming weeks. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager and the General Manager, the Maintenance Manager will be responsible for the smooth running of the maintenance department, leading the maintenance team to support the overall success of the maintenance department and the hotel to ensure a consistently excellent guest experience.
  Skills and Attributes: 
 Experience as Maintenance Manager in the hospitality sector.
 Excellent knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems and be able to lead and develop the maintenance team in same.
 Strong team leadership, coaching and development skills.
 Knowledge of budgeting and reporting and understand the finances of the hotel.
