Job Description

Hotel: Legacy Te Waonui Hotel Franz Josef
Location: West Coast - 3 Wallace Street, Franz Josef
Employment Type: Full-time, permanent position
Hours of Work: Guaranteed 40 hours per week, on a rotating roster, including weekends.
Pay Rate: $33.00 - $37.00 per hour, depending on experience

 We are looking for someone with strong practical maintenance experience, ideally within hospitality or a similar operational environment, who can support day-to-day maintenance, compliance, contractor coordination, and preventative maintenance across the property.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
 
Lead and coordinate the Maintenance team, allocating daily tasks
Oversee preventative maintenance schedules and routine checks
Carry out general repairs across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house
