Maintenance Manager

Under the supervision of the Chief Financial Operating Officer (CFOO), the Maintenance Manager is responsible for ensuring all Mirror owned facilities and mechanical equipment contained within those facilities are in a safe and working order. When equipment breakage or unsafe facility conditions occur the Maintenance Manager should work effectively and efficiently to correct the existing problem. The Maintenance Manager shall operate in accordance with the policies set forth by the Board of Directors and as implemented by his/her supervisors and all parties involved shall abide by all applicable laws and regulations. In particular those regulations related to facility conditions, client/staff life safety and fire code compliance cited in the KDADS Licensure standards, KDOC, BOP or AOUSC, contractual agreements and any similar issues cited in City, State and Federal statutes.
