Maintenance Manager

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising all maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability, safety compliance, and uninterrupted plant operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs
• Supervise maintenance personnel and technicians
• Ensure timely repair of machinery and equipment
• Monitor equipment performance and downtime
• Prepare maintenance reports and cost analysis
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and DOLE regulations
• Coordinate with production team to minimize operational disruptions
• Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance budget

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Licensed Engineer (preferred but not required)
