Maintenance Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall maintenance operations and the design and execution of projects.
• Develop and implement an effective maintenance program to ensure maximum reliability of machines and equipment.
• Implement energy management systems to optimize operations.
• Troubleshoot and provide mechanical solutions for equipment issues.
• Ensure continuous improvement of maintenance practices and systems.
• Manage and lead a team of maintenance personnel.

Qualifications:

• Professional Mechanical Engineer is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Maintenance Manager.
• At least 15 years of relevant working experience in maintenance or a related field.
• Strong skills in maintenance, troubleshooting, mechanical management, HVAC, and electrical systems.
