The role will also have responsibility for Health, Safety and Compliance, so whilst it is single-site, no 2 days will be the same.

About the role:

The Maintenance and Health & Safety Manager is responsible for ensuring the building is safe, compliant, well-maintained, and presented to the highest standards. The role oversees all building maintenance, statutory compliance, contractor management, and health and safety systems, supporting an efficient and welcoming environment for members, staff, and visitors.
