Maintenance Manager

Role Responsibilities:

• Take end-to-end ownership of systems in production, ensuring operational stability and readiness
• Lead and manage major incidents (Sev 1 / Sev 2) from detection to resolution
• Coordinate across infrastructure, system, and application teams during incidents and escalations
• Produce and present high-quality incident reports, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and preventive actions
• Represent the maintenance function in operational meetings with external customers and stakeholders
• Communicate system health, risks, and recovery plans to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Work closely with Day-1 project teams on release planning, cutover, and operational handover
• Validate operational readiness and enforce Day-2 acceptance criteria before go-live
