Job Description

                    Responsibilities  Manage the site-based Maintenance Team and Excellence Team 
Improve performance of the Automated Handling system and the Maintenance Team 
Performance communication internally and with customer 
Locating improvement opportunities and develop solutions 
Spare parts management and optimization 
CMMS and Tooling 
Continuous focus on Health and Safety 
 List of key activities  Manage maintenance teams and shift schedules 
Ensure optimal manpower & skills distribution 
Schedule and distribute activities 
Locate improvement opportunities, make improvement plan and execute / distribute improvement plan 
Rotates staff to ensure wider levels of competence and cover are developed 
Commits to and drives performance improvement 
Will liaise with operations manager on the impact of maintenance on the delivery of day-to-day operation...
