Our client, a leading renewable energy company, is looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join their team in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of their solar energy plants.
  Responsibilities: 
 Oversee daily operations of the maintenance fleet and teams for Solar PV and BESS installations.
 Develop and implement maintenance schedules, inspections, and procedures for preventive care and timely repairs.
 Manage emergency responses to equipment failures and ensure compliance with safety standards.
