Maintenance Manager

• Effective management of the maintenance department – managing and give guidance to Foreman, artisans and support staff
• Responsible for the maintenance of Building, services and facilities
• Plan, Prioritize, organize and manage operations optimally in accordance with agreed service level agreement and strategic objectives
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively
• Human Resources Management - Appointment, retention, performance management, training and development of skilled and experienced staff as well as maintaining employee relations
• Financial management- Managing operational expenditure according to quarterly projections and budgets. Setting and management of budget within the due diligence of projections
