Job Description

The Maintenance Manager plays a key leadership role in pre-opening and daily operations of Tricon’s premium mixed-use residential and commercial properties, responsible for upholding the physical integrity and operational excellence of all assets by developing and managing a high-performing maintenance team, overseeing all maintenance activities, and implementing preventative programs to ensure safety, compliance, and service standards that exceed industry norms.

This position is essential in maintaining a secure, sophisticated environment for residents, staff, and visitors, and upholding Tricon’s reputation for delivering best-in-class rental living experiences.
