Maintenance Mechanic

Job Summary

+ Mechanically troubleshoot, repair and maintain all types of industrial machinery, equipment and systems.

+ Capable of rebuilding or repairing machines or assemblies to original operating conditions

+ Familiar with CNC machines, punch presses, and other various metal forming machines a big plus

+ Responsible for project management work and/or documentation of product equipment or processes

+ Communicate, discuss, and/or review repair problems with Engineering, the Tool Room, Production Team Leads or vendors as needed

+ Performs equipment failure analyses (including preventative and unscheduled maintenance).

+ Plan and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment up time.

+ Keep neat orderly records and order spare parts.
Compensation:

$30/hr.-$40/hr. Based on experience
