**Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic / Journeyman Millwright**

**Overview**

Seeking a hands-on Journeyman Millwright or Maintenance Mechanic to support production in a manufacturing environment. Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing CNC and woodworking equipment to minimize downtime and ensure safe, reliable operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on CNC and woodworking equipment
+ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues on production machinery
+ Install, align, and commission new equipment
+ Read and interpret mechanical/electrical drawings
+ Conduct equipment inspections and identify issues proactively
+ Maintain accurate maintenance records
+ Support production teams while following safety standards
