Maintenance Mechanic Supervisor

Summary This position is located in Cuyahoga Valley National Park, located in Ohio, within the Maintenance Division. Responsibilities In this position, your duties will include but are not limited to the following: Plan, lead, and supervise the daily operational maintenance of custodial duties and buildings and utilities. Ensures necessary plans, materials, supplies, equipment, and tools are available when needed for projects including, but not limited to carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing. Checks work in progress and upon completion to determine/ensure Facility Operations Supervisor's instructions are being followed and to meet deadlines. Reports progress and delays to ensure Facility Operations Supervisor and on overall operations and problems. Serves at Contracting Officer's Representative in construction, restoration, and contracted maintenance projects.
