As a key member of our team, you will ensure the facility is maintained to the highest standards, creating a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.

• Perform preventative maintenance procedures in line with organisational policies

• Access Manad on Bene’s network computer to manage reactive maintenance

• Execute a variety of general maintenance tasks as directed

• Communicate issues requiring external support to the Maintenance Supervisor
