Maintenance Officer

Management, through maintenance, ensures that the shopping center's systems are operating effectively and strives to provide a safe, pleasing atmosphere. Maintenance operates behind the scenes in order to enhance the customer and tenant environments, as well as preserve the owner's investment.

Specific Responsibilities

• Provides technical advice and assistance to the Property Manager on matters involving operations, engineering and maintenance of the building, its equipment and other facilities.
• Identifies and determines repair, maintenance and improvement requirements of structures, equipment and facilities within the Property and recommends changes to improve maintenance efficiency and reduce operating costs.
• Develops, recommends and implements a preventive and operating equipment maintenance program and the manual for equipment operation.
