Maintenance Officer

Job Description:

To maintain the production machinery ( ATFL assets ) at the factories to ensure smooth and error free operation and production of ATFL products.

To establish ATFL standards of operation at units as per HACCP norms

To trainthe operators (JPAs) to take independent charge and run operations

To execute the erection & commissioning of machineries at Factories as required by business

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Maintenance of machinery-

• Planning of preventive maintenance
• Training operators for production associates
• Ensuring regular supply of Spares for machinery through interaction with Purchase
• Interaction with Machine suppliers to ensure upkeep of machines
• Complaint handling of machine breakdown, both onsite and over the phone
• Rated production from Machines
• Completion of monthly targets
