We are currently in search of an experienced Maintenance Operative to support our care home based in the Slough area.

Responsibilities
+ Maintaining the building and equipment

+ Carry out routine checks weekly, monthly, annually on systems in the home and ensuring that external checks are carried out within the agreed timeframe – e.g Loler testing

+ Monitor and respond to the fire alarm call, boilers and lift.

+ Make effective and efficient use of resources in any maintenance or repair.

+ To conduct Banking and purchase of small items for the home.
