About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Maintenance Operative / Multi-Trader to join our Property Services team. This is an excellent opportunity for a practical, organised, and customer-focused individual who enjoys working independently while contributing to a wider team.

You will play a key role in delivering an effective repairs and maintenance service across a portfolio of residential and supported housing properties. A company van will be provided, so a full UK driving licence is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out a variety of day-to-day maintenance, repair, and caretaking tasks.
Complete inspections and respond to urgent maintenance issues.
