Maintenance Planner

JOB OVERVIEW :

This position is responsible for all documentation, monitoring and planning of Preventive Maintenance program in order to ensure the company's equipment & vehicles are operating at optimum cost. Provides prompt and effective planning, monitoring, scheduling and documentation in terms of the company's preventive maintenance activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Regular:

• Create a Coding System for the entire plant equipment, and oversee the tagging of same.
• Generate a companywide equipment database consisting of parts lists, specifications, and other vital technical information.
• Create a summary of base load and critical equipment maintenance program, and statutory equipment inspection schedule.
• Generate standard forms needed for the implementation of various maintenance activities.
• Develop, operate, and update an applicable software system that will run the maintenance master schedule.
