Job Description

The purpose of this position is to support effective maintenance delivery through structured planning and scheduling of maintenance work orders, using information extracted from the Maintenance Management System (MMS), manpower rosters, competency mapping and possession plans.
Main resposibilites 

STRATEGIC 
Support the Planning Manager to deliver maintenance planning & contribute with process improvements

Optimise maintenance plans by identifying and implementing synergy between maintenance units.
FINANCIAL
Support efficient use of maintenance resources by optimising work order scheduling and manpower planning to minimise rework and inefficiencies.

Contribute to cost awareness by highlighting resource constraints, workload imbalances, and planning risks that may impact productivity.
Stakeholder / Customer 
Work closely with Maintenance Leads to validate maintenance schedules,...
