Work Schedule: Day shift; flexible support during shutdowns/critical breakdowns as needed
Job Purpose
To ensure maintenance work is executed efficiently and safely by owning the planning, scheduling, and work management system. The role prepares ready-to-execute work orders (scope, labor, parts, tools, permits), coordinates maintenance windows with Operations, ensures spares readiness, and enforces CMMS (Limble) discipline and machine handover compliance—to reduce downtime, improve schedule attainment, and strengthen equipment reliability.
