Maintenance Planner

Job Description:

• Schedules maintenance in a way that minimizes equipment downtime
• Primarily works in close coordination with maintenance personnel to accomplish work requests on target schedules
• Plans and schedule parts and alignment between the maintenance department and stockroom, making sure maintenance technicians have parts and tools they need
• Manages work order, documentation, and assets within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

Qualifications and Requirements

• Ability to work in a self-directed manner and provide direction to others
• With computer skills and knowledge in various CMMS software.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization
• With good moral character
• Experience as Maintenance Planner is an advantage but not required.
• Fresh graduates are encourage to apply, as long as they are willing to be trained.
