Job Description

 
  The Role 
 Reporting to the Maintenance Manager National Distribution, the Master Data and Asset Care Specialist will be responsible for the guidance/ leadership to long term and strategic planning function for Incitec Pivot Fertilisers, including development and coaching on the Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) SAP. 
 Other key responsibilities will include:
 Researching and coordinating continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the current CMMS and asset performance.
 Managing system processes for SAP, iAuditor, SharePoint, Shaers and Microsoft Suite along with adherence to the IPL corporate governance
 Manage the Process and Asset Management reports
 Development of detailed costs for all CMMS activities, including life cycle cost modelling for assets, plans, jobs and Bill Materials (BOMs) for equipment and manage budget forecasting in line with maintenance plans
