Job Title: Plumbing Biased Building Services Technician

We are seeking a Plumbing Biased Building Services Technician for a leading Facilities Maintenance provider. This position is based within a high-profile building in London NW1, with an immediate start.

Essential Experience

1. Temporary position for 6 weeks or more
2. Client-focused with availability to work Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
3. Technically qualified, apprentice-trained with relevant City & Guilds or equivalent
4. Ability to carry out sprinkler tests
5. Experience in repairs and maintenance of plant and equipment in high-profile buildings
6. Covering PPM and reactive works
7. Minor installation work, hot & cold-water faults, etc.
8. Immediate availability for the right candidate
9. Possibility of a permanent position for the right candidate

Compensation

Pay Rate: £22.00/hr
