Maintenance Reliability Technician

Description
Supports the Maintenance Manager in executing and improving maintenance/reliability programs to maximize uptime and reduce downtime across production, packaging, warehouse, utilities, and facility systems. Responsibilities include PM coordination, troubleshooting, inventory, vendor management, and startup support.

Responsibilities:

+ Support development and execution of maintenance program and PM schedules

+ Coordinate preventive/predictive maintenance; maintain asset records, histories, and work instructions

+ Track and close maintenance actions; establish routine PM cadence

+ Monitor overdue PMs, downtime trends, and recurring failures; support RCA and corrective actions

+ Improve reliability, extend asset life, reduce unplanned downtime

+ Troubleshoot/repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

+ Service motors, drives, pumps, conveyors, bearings, gearboxes, valves, controls
