Maintenance Scheduler

We are seeking a Maintenance Scheduler to serve as the key point of contact between maintenance and operations. In this role, you will create and manage weekly schedules for maintenance activities, ensuring equipment reliability and safety through proactive planning and coordination.

· Develop and maintain weekly maintenance schedules in collaboration with operations and maintenance teams.

· Review pre-trip reports and schedule corrective and preventative maintenance tasks.

· Manage work orders daily, including rescheduling incomplete work and closing completed tasks.

· Monitor and report on work orders, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
