Work cross‐functionally to develop and implement a strategic facilities roadmap and annual operating plan that gives Mondelez a competitive advantage.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders and service providers to define and meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and engagement goals.
Establish strong governance to review and control operational performance and continuous improvement plans, delivering best‐in‐class results internally and externally.
