Maintenance Senior Engineering Specialist Rotating

Lead and manage all rotating engineering maintenance activities across the plant.

Ensure technical integrity, reliability, and availability of rotating equipment.

Conduct and lead Root Cause Analyses (RCA) for major rotating failures and implement corrective actions.

Supervise and guide the Rotating Engineering Specialist team (2 direct reports).

Review and optimize preventive maintenance strategies and frequencies.

Ensure coherence and prioritization of rotating maintenance work scheduling.

Provide advanced technical support to maintenance and reliability teams.

Validate and approve rotating maintenance procedures; develop new procedures as required.

Ensure quality control during execution of rotating maintenance activities.

Coordinate with Condition Monitoring Engineer on machinery health and intervention timing.
