Job Description
- Engineering degree (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial).
- 10+ years' experience in spares & maintenance planning in a Steel Manufacturing industry.
- Proficient in SAP PM and MM module.
- Support in setting the budget and monitoring the spending and utilization of spares/materials and ensure coordination among all the maintenance units when implementing the plan.
- Organize and control all maintenance planning activities for the integrated steel plant in a reliability centered approach.
- Organize, prepare, issue, and monitor for spares, manpower, special tools required for all planned maintenance schedules including major plant shutdowns.
- Monitors the effectiveness of planned maintenance activities and recommend/implement changes as required.
- Monitor the compliance of the maintenance units to the preventive schedule.
- Monitor the corrective interventions required.
