Maintenance Service / Utility Specialist

Purpose Coordinates general and maintenance services in area of charge. Oversees that process capacity is aligned with quality and productivitiy levels on a permanent basis. Guarantees fulfilment of calibration programs. Maintains a safe work environment in the area. Main Responsibilities Controls compliance with general and maintenance services for the Plant, planning and coordinating industrial housekeeping and office cleaning services, performs maintenance of parks and gardens. Prepares annual planning of all scheduled maintenance operations across the Plant, and coordinates supervisors and thirdparty resources. Guarantees the fulfilment of calibration programs developing the referred program for process control and testing instruments.
