Maintenance Specialist

**Essential Job Duties**

+ This position requires proactive and detailed individual skills in various trades including plumbing, electrical & general building maintenance. Working with various meters, such as multimeters, gas meters, temp & air flow meter.
+ Coordinate with external vendors or contractors when specialized repairs are needed
+ Operating, troubleshooting, repairing, calibrating & inspections of various laboratory equipment & tools.
+ Maintain laboratory utilities, including compressed air, RO/DI water, natural gas, oxygen and nitrogen systems, and local gas detection systems. Install 1/8”- 1/2” soft & rigid tubing for air, gas and water applications & service runs.
